I have a complaint!

Dear Sir/Madame,
I'm writing to you to complain about my iPod. I bought the iPod from your company two days ago but I am disappointed with it. There are two problems with it.
First of all the iPod doesn't switch on and then it hasn't got any earphones.
Could you please send me a new iPod with earphones and one that can be switched on or could I please have a refund? I am sending my receipt with this letter.
