Dear Sir/ Madam,

I' m writing to complain about my new iPod. I bought the iPod, three days ago and it has three problems. I am very disappointed with your company.

First of all, the advertisement says that the iPod has got two pairs of earphones but you have sent me only one. Second, the iPod doesn't record and the last problem that I noticed is that the iPod hasn't got a docking station. 

Could you send me a new iPod or could I please have a refund? I am sending my receipt with letter.

I have tennis practice every day and I have lots of homework so I haven't got much free time. When I have free time I usually read books or listen to music. When my room is dirty I always clean it. When the weather is good I go for a walk with my friends. In summer my family and I usually go on trips!

When I was younger I used to stay at home because I was very young to go to school. I used to watch Mickey Mouse and I used to cry a lot!! But now I go to school, I watch some cartoons and I don't cry a lot.

When I was five years old I used to play with dolls and teddy bears. I used to sleep with my favourite teddy bear and I used to be scared of the dark. Booooo! When I was nine years old I used to read comics, but now I read big books. In the end, when I was eight years old I used to play with my sister Maria!

I usually listen to music, play computer, read books and I play volleyball with my best friend, Anna. I often watch T.V. and sometimes go for a walk with my friends. Sometimes I don't have any free time because I have lots of homework.
