Dear Sir/ Madam,

I'm writing to you to complain about my camera. I bought this camera from Sarafidis three weeks ago,but I am disappointed.

This camera has two problems. First of all the camera  doesn't work and I noticed a big scratch on the screen. I can't  take any photos either.

Could you please send me a new camera?
