1) WHAT ADVANTAGES WOULD THE HOTEL

HAVE FOR THE AREA?

     FIRSTLY, THE ADVANTAGES ARE THAT THE

HOTEL WOULD BE NEXT TO THE SEA SO 

MANY TOURISTS WILL COME.

2) WHAT DISADVANTAGES WOULD THE HOTEL

HAVE FOR THE AREA?

     IT WOULD NOT HAVE ANY DISAVANTAGES,

BECAUSE IT WILL BE PERFECT.

3) WHAT WOULD YOU DO ABOUT THE HOTEL?

    WELL, I WOULD LIKE TO WORK THERE.

4)  WHAT ARE YOUR CONCLUSIONS AND

RECOMMENDATIONS?

       THE HOTEL WILL BE FULL FOR THE

WHOLE SUMMER SEASON,

PEOPLE WILL HAVE THE

BEST HOLIDAYS EVER.

What kind of area is it?

I live in Kalamaria.My area is so and so.

It hasn't got any HOTELS!

What is the proposal? When will it happen?

My opinion is not build a hotel because hotels aren't useful!

What  would be the advantages of the hotel?

The advantage is that it will bring more people to our area!

What would be the disadvantages of the hotel?

To have more buildings is a disadvantage!

What do you think?

I think that it is a very bad idea to build a hotel.
